I often talk about how important the act of reading is to a designer. I don’t have many platforms or soap boxes that I get on regularly, but the importance of staying current and understanding our place in the stream of time through continued education is one of them.
Introducing the Band
Getting to know your partners is important. Long term collaborative or business efforts are, many times, like a marriage.
There is No Off Switch
I love over hearing student conversations when I’m in the classroom. Those moments when a student discovers and connects with a designer, or a technique, or a process is always exhilarating.
The Push
